On February 28, 2025 we will be performing power maintenance on one of our NYC datacenter cabinets. This will effect a small set of customers in our NYC location. An email will be sent to affected customers, as well as information posted below.
We will use this notification to post updates about the maintenance, as well as send an email notification at the conclusion of the maintenance window.

We are writing to inform you of scheduled power maintenance that will affect your service. This maintenance is necessary to ensure the continued reliability and performance of our infrastructure.

What to Expect:
We will begin the controlled shutdown of servers at 6:00 PM EST (after forex market hours)
All affected servers will be powered down during the maintenance
Services will be restored as soon as maintenance is complete
We anticipate full service restoration by midnight EST or earlier.
Recommended Actions:
Plan for system unavailability during the maintenance window; 6PM EST - 12:00AM EST Feb 28, 2025.
Consider closing your trading platforms manually before the maintenance window.
