Identified - On February 28, 2025 we will be performing power maintenance on one of our NYC datacenter cabinets. This will effect a small set of customers in our NYC location. An email will be sent to affected customers, as well as information posted below. We will use this notification to post updates about the maintenance, as well as send an email notification at the conclusion of the maintenance window. \=========================================== Dear Valued Client, We are writing to inform you of scheduled power maintenance that will affect your service. This maintenance is necessary to ensure the continued reliability and performance of our infrastructure.
